Open a Business Account
Submit a business account application. Once approved, your organization receives access to the administrative dashboard and centralized billing.
Set Up Authorized Riders
Your designated administrator — a transportation coordinator, executive assistant, or office manager — adds employees, executives, and approved visitors as authorized riders.
Trips & Deliveries Are Requested
Authorized riders request transportation in the Guardian app, and secure courier requests route through approved channels with dispatch oversight. All activity consolidates into one monthly invoice.
How billing appears for riders
When it's time to pay, the rider simply selects your company's name — for example, Acme — in the Guardian app. No credit card needed: approved trips are added to your company's monthly invoice automatically, never charged at the time of the ride. Anything outside your set policies or hours uses the rider's personal payment instead.
