How the System Works

When booking a ride, riders approved by the organization will see their company listed as a payment option, alongside any personal payment methods they may have added. The company account is visible only to riders authorized by the organization through the administrative dashboard.
For approved business travel, the rider selects the organization’s account and the trip is billed directly to the company. If the ride falls outside administrator-defined policies or permitted hours, the rider must select a personal payment method.
Secure courier requests are submitted through approved organizational channels and coordinated through dispatch oversight.
All transportation and courier activity is consolidated into a single monthly invoice for the organization.
Administrative Dashboard
The dashboard allows your organization to manage riders, configure transportation policies, and monitor account activity.
From the dashboard, administrators can:
• add employees, executives, or approved visitors as authorized riders
• organize riders into groups or departments
• activate or deactivate rider access
• view trip history and ride records
• search and filter trips by date range or user group
• review trip details and pricing for completed rides
• set monthly ride count limits per rider
• set monthly budget limits per rider
• restrict approved vehicle classes for riders or departments
• define permitted ride hours by day of the week
• enable or disable 24-hour ride access
• enable corporate account payment through the mobile rider app

Secure Courier Services
Guardian provides secure courier service through approved organizational accounts rather than consumer delivery requests. Courier movements are coordinated through authorized request channels and managed with professional dispatch support to ensure reliability, discretion, and accountability.
Authorized users have real-time visibility into active deliveries, including live driver location and delivery progress from pickup through completion.
Documented handling and delivery confirmation are standard, with chain-of-custody documentation available when required.
Centralized Monthly Billing
Your organization receives:
• itemized trip and delivery records
• usage reporting for reconciliation and internal review
• a professional monthly invoice issued to the designated billing contact
No payment is made at the time of booking, pickup, or delivery. Billing is handled exclusively through structured monthly invoicing.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and contact you regarding account setup and next steps.
Approved organizations receive access to the administrative dashboard and can begin managing transportation and courier services through their account.
